If you are hosted on one of our Linux servers which use CPanel, please go to:
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel this will redirect you to http://www.yourdomain.com:2082/
it can also be used over a secure connection
https://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel which will redirect you to https://www.yourdomain.com:2083/
If you are certain that you are on a CPanel Linux server and you cannot connect to these above addresses, it may be that you are being blocked by a firewall either on your computer or the company's firewall. Try turning off your firewall or bypassing it and testing again. If it now works, you will need to create rules on your firewall to allow for outbound ports :2082 and :2083 additionally, you may want to add a rule for webmail also 2095 (http) and 2096 (https)
If none of the above work, it may be that you are on a Windows Plesk server. You can test by trying https://www.yourdomain.com:8443/
Please contact helpdesk if none of the above are working.
