Solution QUERY
Currently some Microsoft files (.docx) are being filtered out by your Mailscanner software.

ANSWER
This appears to be caused by a file with a double extension in its name (settings.xml.rel etc) packed *inside* the actual document file (which has a ZIP format or similar).
We have updated our Mailscanner configuration to allow these files through.
